As a massage therapist, my unique and varied integrative healing arts background is always present. I strive to help my clients feel at ease, relaxed, and supported as they receive intelligent bodywork that gets to the root of their musculoskeletal issues.

A good client for me is someone who is experiencing: stress and overwhelm, neck and shoulder pain or discomfort, low back pain or discomfort, hip imbalances, postural imbalances, headaches, anxiety and depression.

What makes my massage unique? I listen deeply to the intentions of my clients to help them achieve their desired results. I help clients feel at ease, relaxed, and supported as they receive intelligent bodywork that gets to the root of their musculoskeletal issues. I am particularly skilled in helping clients relieve neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, hip imbalances, postural imbalances, and headaches.

What keeps me passionate about massage therapy? There is always so much to learn! I want to learn it all, whether that be about anatomy or new techniques. I am always expanding my knowledge so I can be a better therapist. And when I see my clients get off the table feeling so much lighter with a smile on their face, I remember why I love what I do!

Yoga and Meditation

New to yoga and don’t know how to start? Or are you concerned about your alignment in big classes and want someone to help you learn how to move most effectively?

My private and small group yoga classes work with your body and mind exactly where you are. It helps you to release old patterns: physical, mental, and emotional ones. Sessions are customized to your goals and are a great addition to massage therapy session. Our parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated when we relax into poses, which promotes a relaxation response, reduces stress in our bodies, and increases blood flow to your vital organs.

Meditation instruction is useful for mental and emotional balance. It improves your life and all of your relationships (especially the one you have with yourself)…

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a powerful hands on healing practice that helps restore physical, mental, and emotional balance. Through balance we achieve greater health.

Reiki is now being used in hospitals all around the U.S. and Europe. During a Reiki session, light touch is applied to different part of the body. 

My Reiki sessions are especially helpful for: Anxiety/Stress Management, Pain-Relief, Grief Support, Reducing post-traumatic stress, deep relaxation and emotional balance, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Support, and prenatal/postpartum health.
