Trust me, you are not alone. For years I was making common mistakes that actually made it worse if not excruciatingly loud and paralyzing. That put me on a journey to seek what actually DID work. What if I told you that the way to tame your inner critic is actually quite counter to what most of us have been taught? Hate to break it to you but it’s true. But once I learned the truth, through failing a bunch and fortunately being redirected along the way, I applied it and transformation occurred.

  • Once overrun with self-criticism and self-doubt I now have self-acceptance, feel at ease in my self, and confidence to put myself out there.

  • Once held back in self-doubt and afraid to express my thoughts and ideas, I wrote my own book, created my own album, shared my words and songs at open mics, and more.

Once feeling this amazing transformation, I knew it was now my calling to help others to learn it too learn it too! I founded Tame Your Inner Critic Coaching and haven’t looked back since. I offer both 1:1 personally customized intensives as well as a 3-month program blends personally customized life coaching with teaching in mindfulness, self-love, and self-confidence.
